Every day, our chefs arrive at dawn and begin cooking up the finest and freshest Southern comfort food. Everything we serve is made from scratch, using timeless, classic recipes.

Great cooking starts with the best ingredients. We serve natural chicken from the famous Springer Mountain Farms. Our catfish is fresh, never frozen, from Delta Pride in Mississippi. We partner with Tucker’s own Sherry’s Produce to ensure that all vegetables and fruits are garden fresh.
